All products are intended for research and laboratory purposes only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Once dispatched, products cannot be returned due to safety, contamination, and regulatory reasons, except in specific eligible cases described below.

2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your order arrives damaged or defective.
  • The product is missing from your shipment.

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing order details, photos, and proof of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Orders where incorrect details were provided by the customer (e.g., wrong shipping address).

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days after approval.
  • For replacements, a new shipment will be dispatched promptly at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For eligible returns, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
